I wanted to
commend your entire Dealership Organization for the honest upfront
approach to car sales. This purchase was one of the most pleasant auto
purchases I have ever had!
I was given all the numbers printed
understandably 4 different ways, explained clearly, not pressured to act
now and told to take them with me.
I had visited other dealerships
in the meantime and was getting extremely frustrated with them as I knew
that number switching was going on and none of them would give me
anything numerically clear as Mr. Ivan Fandino and Mr. Brian Benavioes
had done. They continually pressured me and switched numbers confusing
me further.
After a follow up call from my/your Sales person (Mr.
Ivan Fandino) and a lot of help from him and your Managers (Brian
Benavioes) (I will let him explain in more detail) I returned and
purchased a vehicle just as nice that had a better financing offer.
They
helped me purchase a very nice GMC Sierra 1500 SLE 4X4 Z-71 for the
true value without any hassle and number switching or hiding. I now have
a much nicer Truck than I looked at elsewhere and saved around $4000
because of Rogers Auto Group team!
I will recommend your Dealership
to everyone I know and I cannot thank you enough for taking the steps to
do old fashion good as a hand shake business!

Throughout the years since my last move, I've always taken my former
vehicle for servicing at Rogers Auto Group and have been consistently
pleased with the excellent service they've provided me. More recently,
however, I was in need of purchasing a new vehicle and decided I would
shop at Rogers Auto Group. I thus made my way to their showroom, and
not without some trepidation due to the general rigours of car buying
along with the negative stereotypes ingrained within most of us
concerning dealing with... car salesmen.
I soon found, however,
that such fears were entirely needless: I was presented with excellent
service, made to feel very comfortable, and treated very courteously.
Above all, I was never made to feel coerced to accept any upgrade
options. The experience was truly delightful and entirely stress-free.
I cannot go further without profusely thanking my benefactor, Jonathan
Oomens, sales consultant at Rogers. He truly served as my advocate,
looking out for my best interests. I also want to thank David Ortiz,
sales manager, Bill, and Ivan very kindly for their contribution to my
total satisfaction.
I'm a proud owner of a very sleek 2011
Hyundai Sonata GLS and I'm very grateful for the excellent service I
received from Rogers Auto Group.
I'll always recommend shopping
and servicing at Rogers Auto Group to my family and friends - without
reservation. (In fact, I'll likely ask them if I can tag along - their
pristine-clean showroom is itself a fine car museum of sorts...)

experience! Kevin B was our sales rep and he was amazing! Very
professional, easy going and made you feel comfortable. There was no

back at us with those numbers. The facility was clean and brand new, had
a lot
of cars to choose from and every staff member we encountered

and ended up driving it home a couple hours later! John Schultz was
very patient with an indecisive, emotional middle-aged woman. He left
me alone to make my decision, and there was never any feeling that I was
being pressured into buying the car. This is the 15th car I have owned
(my 2nd new car), and it was without a doubt the best experience I've
ever had buying a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant to
deal with, friendly, helpful and sometimes even quite amusing!

Had quite possibly the best
auto purchase experience of my life at Rogers Auto Group. Recently
purchased a Hyundai from them and couldn't be more pleased. Prior to buying
from Rogers, we visited three other dealerships. In each case, the
other dealers were over priced, ill-informed on the vehicles or simply
apathetic. Chadd Campbell and his boss Bill were completely honest
in their dealings, giving me a deal that was several thousand less than
any competing dealership.
While their current environs leave a great deal to be desired (apparently
they're renovating), I strongly encourage you to seek Chadd out if you're
market. Not only is he an Iraq vet, he's direct, knowledgeable and
will go the distance for you.
If you can look past their current remodeling, you will have an exceptional
experience.

years now and have not only bought my last two cars at Rogers, but service
them there as well. On the sales side of things they have always been
very professional and I've never even had to haggle with price like at
other dealers! On the service end of things I have always had the same
experience. The people who take your info when you come in are always
courteous and their prices are competitive; which is something you don't
always find at dealerships. I have recommended Rogers to a few friends
and am happy to say that their experiences have been the same.

I recently bought a car from Rogers Auto Group. Kevin Benavedes was my
sales rep. Dealing with Kevin made my purchase easy on the type of
vehicle I was searching for. He had class, and the knowledge on all
aspects of on the GMC Terrain that I had purchaced. He took the time
to show me all the features on the vehicle. Kevin's personallity made me
feel like I knew him for life, like he was my best friend.
If anyone need to purchase a vehilce, go see Kevin at rogers Auto Group.
You couldn't ask for a better person to help you with your purchase of a
new vehicle.

Best place to go to purchase a vehicle. They all work as a team from
sales, finance and service reps.....I even met the owner!!! Everyone in
the showroom were very pleasant and greeted me with a smile, some even
offered me refreshments. They all seem to care, made me feel like I was
purchasing from a friend or a relative. So ask for Kevin B. in sales or
one of the Parks brothers for service.

I live in Indiana and found found Rogers Auto Group
online, I have bad credit and their website said they help people
with bad credit get into nice cars. I did some research and called
them to see if driving from Indiana would be worth my time. I spoke
to Kevin on the phone, he was very nice and answered all my questions,
he assured me it would be worth driving there and he was right! This
place in wonderful! They have nice cars, are open and honest and do
everything possible to get you in a car. I walked in there with my
15 month and 3 month old babies looking for a vehicle with 3 row seating,
not as easy task with my credit. Kevin was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! He did
everything he told me he would do on the phone and more. He even fed
my 15 month when he was being crabby. He was very patient while we
were trying to find a car that would fit our needs at a price we could
afford, if I had any problems ie rates or terms of the loan, he made
sure it was fixed. I would return to buy another car and I will be
recommending them to my family and friends! Top notch service!! I
am now the proud owner of a 08 Jeep Commander... Thanks Kevin for
making it happen!

Never in my life have I been so comfortable in my car buying experience.
Staff treated me with respect, they were extremely patient, and they
made me feel welcome. They gave me a great deal and my only regret is

and you know you don't have the best credit but they do everything they
can to get you approved at a great payment on the perfect car.I lost my
job due to company cut backs and I sold my house, but I found a new
career and I have a new home and now I have a new car thanks to Rogers Auto Group. David Ortiz took the time to work with me and find me the right car -- at the right price and payment. Thanks Rogers Auto Group for making my life a little better.

I wanted a new car but with a cheaper car note because I was paying too
much money for my old car and Anthony made it happen, he entertained us
thought our visit, kept me laughing at his stories while we waited for
our paper work to be completed, he was extremely helpful into getting me
to do what was best for me, I've never worked with a more honest
salesman in all of my years of buying cars, I know a few people that are
interested in buying a car and I will definitely recommend Anthony
without a doubt, Thank you Rogers Auto Group for hiring such a dedicated employee. I am so happy with my purchase and I love the service.
