"Please take a few minutes out of your busy schedule to thank your staff for a job well done. I took the time out of my busy schedule to write this letter to let you know how pleased I am with your staff. I did a phone survey it was quick; more time was needed to say how wonderful your staff has been to me. I bought an Elantra and a Hyundai Accent from salesman JB. Throughout the years the employee's were great to me, some who are still there and some who have moved on. I just really want to name some of them. Derrick, Dwayne, James, Harry and Paul. These young men went out of their way to take care of me and other customers. They seem to treat each customer in a caring way, when I am present having service done on my cars. There are other staff members that did a good job also. I bought a 2008 Elantra and 99 La Sabre in 2008 from saleslady Pat Williams. She was kind and a patient lady not bugging me everyday, I appreciated that. The sum the letter up I want to say thanks to all and keep up the good work. May GOD continue to bless you all. THANKS!!!"
